Processing & Handling
- Designed for HTV compression, transfer, or injection molding; also suitable for extrusion of self-lubricating profiles.
- Recommended processing temperature range: 110–200 °C, depending on grade and part geometry.
- Pre-drying not required under normal storage conditions.
- Compatible with platinum- and peroxide-cure systems.
- Post-curing at 200 °C for 2–4 hours recommended for medical, food-contact, or high-performance parts.
- Ensure clean, properly vented molds to prevent air entrapment and surface defects.
Packaging & Storage
- Supplied in vacuum-sealed 20 kg cartons or custom packaging upon request.
- Store in a cool, dry place below 30 °C, away from sunlight and heat sources.
- Keep containers tightly closed to prevent contamination.
- Shelf life: 12 months under recommended storage conditions.
- Allow material to reach room temperature before use to ensure consistent processing.
