Processing & Handling
- Mix compound thoroughly before use to ensure uniform filler dispersion.
- For molding/extrusion, pre-dry material at 80–100 °C for 1–2 hours if humidity exposure occurred.
- Recommended curing range: 160–200 °C; post-cure 200–250 °C for 4 hours to maximize fire resistance.
- Clean tools immediately after use to prevent ceramic buildup.
- Avoid contamination from organic or non-silicone residues.
Packaging & Storage
- Supplied in 20 kg cartons or customized packages.
- Store in a cool, dry, and shaded area below 30 °C.
- Shelf life: 12 months if unopened and properly stored.
- Reseal after each use to maintain compound stability.
