Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR)

Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) offers unparalleled precision and performance, making it the ideal choice for intricate molding and high-volume manufacturing. LSR is a two-part platinum-cured elastomer that cures quickly and evenly, providing excellent stability, flexibility, and resistance to extreme temperatures. It’s perfect for applications requiring high precision, such as medical devices, electronics, and consumer products.

LSWIC is a high-purity, platinum-cured elastomer designed for direct and repeated contact with food, medical, and healthcare components. This material is processed via liquid injection molding (LIM) and is suitable for high-volume, automated production environments. The formulation can be customized upon request to achieve hardness levels ranging from 30 to 70 Shore A.
