Yes. We offer medical and healthcare-grade silicone compounds formulated with FDA-compliant raw materials and produced under controlled manufacturing and quality assurance systems suitable for medical product development and regulatory testing.

Typical sample development takes 7–14 working days after receiving complete formulation details and technical confirmation. Complex formulations or new pigment matching may require additional validation time.

For production batches, the standard MOQ is 20 kg, depending on compound type and pigment load. Smaller pilot or sample quantities are available for testing and validation before bulk production.
