Available in two distinct types, HTVWIC-P and HTVWIC-F, with hardness ranging from 30 to 70 Shore A, and offered in both transparent and pigmented options. These materials are fully customizable through our in-house compounding services, allowing precise adjustment of mechanical and processing properties to meet specific customer requirements.

Processing & Handling 

  • Mix thoroughly before processing for uniformity
  • Preheat molds to 160–200°C; cure for 5–10 minutes
  • Post-cure 4 hours at 200°C for optimal purity and strength
  • Avoid contact with amines, sulfur, or tin catalysts
  • Clean tools with isopropanol or approved solvent

Packaging & Storage 

  • Supplied in 20 kg cartons or custom packaging
  • Store sealed below 25°C, away from heat and sunlight
  • Shelf life: 12 months under recommended conditions
  • Reseal tightly after opening to prevent contamination
  • Minimum order by tonnage (customizable per client)
